Carla Fernández, Lydia Pinto and Sara Bonillo next weekend in Drenthe for the U-23 CX European Championships

2 riders: Felipe Orts and Ivan Feijoo will compete for Spain in the elite category

Next weekend Col du Vam (or Vamberg, Drenthe, Netherlands) welcomes the UEC cyclocross european championship and there will be three spanish women competing for the U-23 title: Carla Fernández from team Farto (road), Lydia Pinto, who just has signed with Nesta MMR (cx) for this season and the spanish U-23 champion Sara Bonillo from Teika GSport BH Team.

The spanish cycling federation will compete at the men’s elite category with Felipe Orts and Iván Feijoo while Miguel Rodríguez, Alain Suárez and Miguel Sánchez will do it in the men’s U-23 one.

The representation of the spanish cyclocross will have more members in the junior category with the girls Uxía Soto, Marta Beti, Vania Rico and Laura Mira, and the boys Pablo Calvo, Raúl Mira, Iván Gomar, Ricardo Martín and Miguel González.
